HLTPAT005- Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse (delivered on behalf of RTO 3399 ABC First Aid) This nationally accredited course is designed to train people in how to conduct drug and alcohol testing. This unit applies to any individual for whom specimen collection is part of the job role. This course will enable learners to understand how to complete Drug and Alcohol testing in the workplace in a safe, legal and ethical manner. Important - No previous experience is required to attend this course, however it is a requirement of the training that a person at your organisation with an existing drug and alcohol testing qualification can sign off an observation checklist , stating they have observed you perform a saliva, urine and breathalyser test.
